If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup for store credit, exchange, or refund.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Merchandise must include original packaging, tags, and documentation
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Returned items must show no signs of wear, sizing damage, alteration, or misuse
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Personalized or engraved items
- Special orders
- Sized rings that have been altered at the customer’s request
- Clearance or discounted merchandise
- Gift cards
- Repair services, appraisals, and labor charges
Refunds & Store Credit
- For gift recipients we offer store credit instead of a refund.
- Refunds are applied only to original payment methods.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Online Order Returns
To begin a return for an online purchase:
- Contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item using an insured and trackable shipping method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
- Please retain all packaging materials
- We may request photos of the packaging and item to assist with carrier claims
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.

Warranty & Jewelry Care
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you experience an issue related to manufacturing defects, please contact us for inspection and assistance. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or third-party repairs are not covered.
We recommend regular inspections and professional cleanings to maintain the beauty and integrity of your jewelry.
